We're looking for a Semi Senior Full Stack Engineer to strengthen our Menu Team, a key part of the Marketplace Zone. In this role, you'll design and maintain backend systems that power the core menu functionality across web and mobile platforms, ensuring fast, reliable, and accurate data delivery at scale.
What You’ll Do
- Build and refine backend services and APIs using Node.js and TypeScript, tailored to support frontend and mobile needs through a Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) pattern
- Collaborate closely with frontend, mobile, and product teams to implement and enhance menu-related features
- Optimize database performance and caching strategies using PostgreSQL or MySQL to ensure efficient API responses
- Strengthen system observability by improving monitoring, logging, and debugging practices across services
- Contribute to code reviews and technical discussions, helping shape engineering standards and best practices
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years of backend development experience with Node.js and TypeScript
- Proven work with ReactJS or similar frontend frameworks in full stack environments
- Strong background in JVM-based languages, particularly Kotlin
- Firm grasp of RESTful and GraphQL APIs, and experience working with BFF architectures
- Hands-on experience with SQL databases and query optimization
- Understanding of microservices and service-oriented architecture principles
- Skilled in troubleshooting and performance tuning for backend systems
- Experience integrating with or contributing to design systems
- Advanced English proficiency for cross-team collaboration
- Comfort using AI-powered development tools as part of daily workflows
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and infrastructure tools like AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform
- Familiarity with observability solutions such as DataDog and structured logging
- Experience with AI coding assistants like Cursor or Windsurf
