Elicit is hiring a Senior Account Executive

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete sales process for major enterprise clients, from initial discovery to final close, including demonstrations, proposals, and negotiations.
  • Conduct consultative engagements by identifying customer challenges, analyzing workflows, and jointly designing effective solutions.
  • Communicate value clearly to technical buyers such as researchers, data scientists, and lab leaders.
  • Drive growth within current accounts by securing pilot projects and nurturing relationships to enable long-term expansion.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay customer insights, resolve pilot obstacles, and guide product development.
  • Mentor less experienced team members and help refine scalable, consistent sales practices.
