Lead enterprise sales for a cutting-edge real-time data platform across France, shaping strategy and closing high-impact deals with new customers. You'll own your territory from the ground up, identifying net-new opportunities and guiding complex sales cycles to successful outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute a targeted sales plan to expand market presence and drive consistent revenue growth
- Build a strong, qualified pipeline by engaging stakeholders at executive, IT, and developer levels
- Close enterprise deals that meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets
- Establish trusted advisor relationships by clearly communicating the business value of technical solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to align resources and accelerate deal progression
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of five years in quota-carrying software sales, focused on enterprise clients in fast-moving markets
- Proven success in exceeding sales goals and building new customer relationships
- Strong ability to articulate complex technology solutions in clear, business-relevant terms
- Experience selling open source or developer-focused software across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments
- Self-driven mindset with a strategic, consultative approach to account management
- Fluency in English required
