Drive revenue growth and enterprise expansion for a leading AI-powered meeting intelligence platform. In this role, you'll directly influence Net Revenue Retention and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by leading strategic account management for mid-market and enterprise clients worldwide.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end communication between customer organizations and internal teams, ensuring alignment from onboarding through expansion.
- Own renewal and expansion quotas, consistently growing account value by 25–50%+ year over year.
- Expand footprint within existing accounts by increasing seat penetration, driving multi-team adoption, and identifying untapped opportunities.
- Conduct executive-level Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews tied to measurable business outcomes and ROI.
- Develop and execute tailored account plans that accelerate product adoption and commercial growth—without relying on templates.
- Proactively identify and mitigate churn risks from the earliest stages of the customer lifecycle.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align technical onboarding and integration efforts.
- Translate customer insights into go-to-market advantages and influence product direction through structured feedback.
What You Bring
- 5–10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS with a proven track record of exceeding expansion targets in mid-market or enterprise environments.
- Direct experience managing expansion revenue, including multi-six-figure deal wins within global enterprises or Fortune 500 companies.
- Fluency in commercial modeling concepts such as TCV, ARR, and discounting strategies.
- Technical comfort with SSO, APIs, AI-driven platforms, and workflow configuration.
- Ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders, guiding them toward timely decisions.
- Autonomy to operate across time zones with minimal oversight and strong cross-functional leadership skills.
