We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead the development and deployment of high-performance machine learning systems, with a focus on speech technologies and multimodal AI. This role is central to advancing core capabilities in speech-to-text (STT), text-to-speech (TTS), and real-time inference, ensuring robust performance in production environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, train, and optimize machine learning models for speech processing and multimodal understanding
- Develop scalable data collection pipelines and efficient training infrastructures
- Build and refine reinforcement learning frameworks, including alignment techniques such as RLHF
- Optimize inference systems for ultra-low latency and high throughput in real-time applications
- Enable third-party developers to integrate AI capabilities through reliable, well-documented systems
Qualifications
Applicants should have a strong technical foundation and hands-on experience in machine learning and software engineering. A degree in computer science, mathematics, physics, or a related field is required, along with at least three years of practical work in ML-driven systems.
- Proficiency in Python or C++ and experience with PyTorch or similar frameworks
- Proven work in speech processing, NLP, video analysis, or action planning
- Solid understanding of neural network architectures, algorithms, and data structures
- Experience automating workflows using AI agents
Preferred Background
- Active engagement with emerging research in voice AI and machine learning
- Familiarity with pre-training, fine-tuning, and evaluating large-scale models
- Experience deploying models on edge devices or embedded systems
