Responsibilities
- Play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI products
- Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and senior stakeholders to define and establish success metrics
- Optimize product performance

- Effectively communicate data stories and product insights
- Conduct in-depth analysis, impact opportunity assessments
- Provide hands-on help in designing and executing A/B tests to evaluate product changes and AI models & features
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics)
- Proven experience in product data analysis with a focus of uncovering valuable and actionable insights to improve the customer experience
- A strong passion for data, with curiosity and a habit of asking “why”
- Self-driven, strategic, proactive, and comfortable working with ambiguity in a collaborative environment
- Excellent communication, presentation and story telling skills
- Strong problem solving skills with influence-decision mentality and data-driven insight direction
- Strong proficiency in statistical analysis, and programming languages such as SQL, Python
- Hands-on experience with at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Databricks)
- AI-first mindset, actively leveraging AI tools and assistants to improve productivity, problem-solving and decision-making
- Continuously explores new AI capabilities and champions their practical adoption within teams, using AI as a natural part of day-to-day work rather than a supplementary tool
Nice to Have
- Prior knowledge of machine learning algorithms and data science concepts
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and experimental design, particularly in recommendation systems
- Experience working in a dynamic, agile and fast-paced environment
- Exposure to the gaming industry is strong plus
