The Senior Analyst – Business Data & Systems plays a central role in shaping and maintaining the financial technology environment and data architecture. Reporting to the VP of FP&A, this position ensures the reliability, accuracy, and scalability of systems that drive financial planning, reporting, and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee administration and continuous improvement of core platforms including Sage Intacct, Planful, Celigo, Ramp, and Paycom
- Design, monitor, and troubleshoot integrations and data pipelines using Celigo to ensure seamless data flow across systems
- Act as the go-to resource for financial system functionality, best practices, and user support
- Lead evaluation and deployment of new analytics and data tools such as Snowflake, Sigma, and Power BI
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, data models, and operational procedures
- Collaborate with external partners on system upgrades, implementations, and compliance initiatives
- Advise leadership on technology roadmap decisions, including system enhancements and cost-benefit analysis
- Create automated dashboards and executive reports that deliver timely, accurate insights
- Analyze financial performance across revenue streams, cost centers, and venue operations
- Build and maintain forecasting models to support budgeting and strategic planning cycles
- Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Ensure data consistency and integrity across all reporting layers and source systems
- Partner with operations, sales, marketing, and construction teams to deliver tailored reporting solutions
- Champion data literacy and self-service capabilities across the organization
- Stay informed on emerging trends in fintech, data engineering, and cloud analytics
- Contribute to the development of long-term data governance, architecture, and scalability strategies
Qualifications
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Finance, or a related field, along with at least five years of experience that combines financial analysis with systems or data engineering. Proficiency with ERP or CPM platforms such as Sage or NetSuite is required, as is hands-on experience with integration tools like Celigo, Workato, or MuleSoft.
Strong technical skills in SQL and business intelligence platforms—including Tableau, Power BI, or Sigma—are essential. Advanced competency in Excel or Google Sheets, particularly in financial modeling, is expected. The ideal candidate can distill complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for executive audiences and demonstrate solid project management and communication abilities.
Preferred Background
- Experience in hospitality, events, food and beverage, or multi-location service businesses
- Professional certifications such as Sage Intacct Certified, SnowPro, Tableau Desktop Specialist, or Power BI Data Analyst
- Experience working with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or R for automation
- Background in building data infrastructure within high-growth environments

Compensation & Benefits
This position offers a base salary range of $110,000 – $125,000, with potential for performance-based bonuses.
