Responsibilities
- Engage with internal stakeholders to identify requirements for new software solutions and improvements to existing systems.
- Design, develop, and implement applications and features leveraging core platform technologies for internal and customer use.
- Produce clear technical documentation for source code and create user-facing guides and materials.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate recent platform advancements into current and new applications.
- Deliver ongoing input on newly released features to help shape future product development.
- Offer technical guidance and support for application deployment and system configuration.
- Help connect and streamline interactions between different internal software systems.
- Take on additional duties as assigned by leadership.
- Lead project initiatives, manage concurrent workflows, and ensure timely delivery through effective coordination.
- Support connections between established legacy platforms and modern internal applications.
