Shape the backbone of a high-traffic AI platform as a Senior Back-End Developer. You'll lead the development and refinement of scalable systems that power user-generated content and automated advertising solutions, ensuring stability, speed, and seamless integration across services.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain server-side logic for web applications using Node.js and modern frameworks
- Create and optimize RESTful APIs to support dynamic front-end and mobile experiences
- Work extensively with PostgreSQL and Redis for efficient data modeling, indexing, and caching strategies
- Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, including EC2, S3, and CloudFront
- Integrate third-party services and external APIs to expand platform capabilities
- Implement message brokers to support asynchronous communication in a microservices environment
- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure system reliability
- Lead code reviews and contribute to technical documentation and system architecture decisions
- Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks across distributed systems
What We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years of professional experience developing with Node.js
- Proven work with microservices architecture and distributed systems
- Strong background in PostgreSQL and Redis, including data modeling and ORM tools like Prisma, TypeORM, or Drizzle ORM
- Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized environments
- Familiarity with message brokers and event-driven design patterns
- Solid understanding of Git and version control workflows
- Cloud experience with AWS services and infrastructure deployment
- Ability to design systems that are both scalable and resilient under load
- Upper-Intermediate proficiency in English for cross-team collaboration
Nice to Have
- Experience with the NestJS framework
- Background in payment system integrations
- AWS certification
- Work on high-traffic, high-load platforms
- Development experience supporting iOS, Android, and web back-ends
- Infrastructure-as-code experience using Terraform or Pulumi
- Commercial use of AI-powered APIs in production environments
