We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer based in the UK or EU to join our distributed team. In this role, you will design, deploy, and integrate backend services for major game development initiatives, working closely with external co-development partners to ensure seamless delivery.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain scalable backend systems that support live game services
- Work alongside engineering teams to implement robust technical solutions on schedule
- Contribute to the evolution of an internal tool used across multiple teams
- Support the expansion of AWS expertise within the engineering group through knowledge sharing and mentorship

- Proven experience in backend development at a senior level
- Strong background in deploying and integrating server-side systems
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, remote-first environment
- Current residence in the UK or EU
- Full capability to work remotely with reliable connectivity
