This role is responsible for maintaining and advancing quality assurance standards within a healthcare technology environment. The Senior Benefits QA Analyst leads core QA operations, ensuring accurate and reliable performance of the drug acquisition platform through rigorous testing and process oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and escalating issues to improve workflow effectiveness
- Partner with engineering teams to refine system functionality and implement automation solutions
- Provide guidance and support to junior QA analysts handling complex benefit configurations and daily tasks
- Serve as a go-to resource for departmental standards, procedures, and best practices
- Lead continuous improvements to test plans to verify system functionality aligns with original specifications
- Maintain the accuracy and consistency of plan data across business applications
- Develop and track performance metrics, identify inefficiencies, and establish quality benchmarks
Qualifications
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience, along with at least six years in quality assurance within a healthcare or insurance setting. Strong attention to detail in data analysis and reporting is essential, including hands-on experience with pivot tables, charts, and formulas. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, and familiarity with MySQL is a plus.
