Shape the future of data at a global level
As Senior BI Architect, you will lead the design and continuous improvement of a modern, enterprise-scale data and business intelligence platform. You’ll own the end-to-end architecture, ensuring it supports self-service analytics, advanced data modeling, and emerging AI capabilities across international operations.
You’ll define technical standards for data integration, ETL workflows, and BI development while ensuring governance, security, and scalability are embedded across the data lifecycle. Your work will empower teams to access trusted, transparent data—backed by clear documentation and consistent practices.

What We're Looking For
You bring deep experience in enterprise BI architecture and hands-on development, with a strong foundation in cloud-based data platforms—preferably within Azure environments. You communicate clearly across technical and business domains, and you’re comfortable challenging assumptions to drive better outcomes.
- Minimum of 5 years in BI architecture, consulting, or a comparable technical leadership role
- Proven ability to design and manage full lifecycle data solutions from source to insight
- Experience with SQL-based data warehousing and modern analytics tools such as Tableau
- Familiarity with Azure data services and scalable cloud architectures
- Exposure to frameworks like the Inspari Toolkit is a plus
- Global collaboration experience in multicultural settings is valued
- Background supporting AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics initiatives is an advantage
