As Senior Brand Design Manager, you will define and maintain the visual language of the brand, ensuring consistency and impact across all touchpoints. From concept to execution, you'll lead the creation of brand identities, marketing campaigns, and on-product graphics that resonate with audiences and reflect brand values.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage brand systems including typography, layout, iconography, and visual guidelines to ensure cohesive expression across channels
- Design original apparel prints, trims, and graphics that honor brand heritage while aligning with seasonal themes and consumer insights
- Lead end-to-end creative direction for seasonal campaigns, lookbooks, and brand activations—from concept development to final asset delivery
- Oversee photo shoots with full ownership of shot lists, on-set art direction, and post-production review
- Translate product and marketing strategies into visually compelling narratives that drive engagement and performance
- Collaborate with merchandising and product teams to align design storytelling with business objectives and margin goals
- Guide digital and ecommerce design initiatives to enhance brand experience and support conversion
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of designers through coaching, critique, and performance evaluation
- Manage team workflows, workload distribution, and project timelines to maintain quality and efficiency
- Ensure all creative output meets brand standards through rigorous review and feedback processes
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in brand identity, visual storytelling, and marketing design with a strong, relevant portfolio
- Experience directing photo shoots, including concepting, shot planning, and on-set leadership
- Proven ability to lead creative teams, provide constructive feedback, and conduct performance reviews
- Solid understanding of ecommerce UX and its role in brand expression and conversion
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional partners in Product, Marketing, and Sales
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, workflows, and team development in a fast-paced environment
