Vancouver Coastal Health is hiring a Senior Business Advisor, Data and Analytics

Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy innovative data-driven solutions to support organizational information requirements.
  • Analyze complex datasets to generate insights influencing financial, workforce, and patient care decisions.
  • Apply advanced modeling and analytical methods to improve data interpretation and reporting.
  • Manage data management systems and ensure data integrity across platforms.
  • Lead portfolio, project, and product management initiatives within analytics functions.
  • Design and implement evaluation frameworks and methodological approaches.
  • Create and maintain key performance indicators to track operational effectiveness.
  • Engage with stakeholders to align analytics with business objectives.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and long-term organizational goals.

Work Arrangement

On-site — Vancouver

  • Work hours, days off, and assigned areas may change based on operational needs and in accordance with the Collective Agreement and relevant legislation.
  • Candidates selected for hire may need to undergo a Criminal Records Review Check.
  • All staff in publicly-funded healthcare facilities must disclose their history of specific vaccinations or infections.
  • New employees will be required to submit vaccination and infection history during onboarding.
