As a Senior Business Data Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming business questions into meaningful insights. You'll engage directly with stakeholders to understand their goals, then translate those needs into analytical frameworks that drive clarity and action.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business teams to define key questions and shape them into data-driven analyses
- Explore and analyze large datasets to uncover patterns, outliers, and opportunities
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Apache Superset, Power BI, or Tableau
- Build rapid prototypes of visualizations to test and refine analytical concepts
- Partner with Data Engineers to help shape data models and improve data accessibility
- Support the ongoing enhancement of the organization's data platform and reporting infrastructure
- Lead conversations around metric definition, KPI alignment, and data integrity
- Guide stakeholders in interpreting results and applying insights to business decisions
- Document processes and lead demonstrations to ensure adoption and understanding
