Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supplier management, covering risk, performance, relationships, value delivery, and continuous improvement.
- Lead global category teams in designing, aligning, and finalizing procurement strategies that consider regional market dynamics and hand off execution to local teams.
- Manage end-to-end contracting processes, negotiating agreements of varying scale—including those up to $100 million—to meet global service demands.
- Create forward-looking, multi-year plans to achieve savings, unlock value, and identify innovation opportunities using market insights and business priorities.
- Track shifts in internal demand and external market conditions that affect procurement planning.
- Lead supplier selection processes, including RFX creation, bid assessment, and stakeholder sign-off, with clear communication across the supply base.
- Direct relationship management for critical suppliers and supervise global sourcing activities.
- Implement and follow source-to-pay protocols, emphasizing user support and preferred financial methods.
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with key stakeholders across regions.
- Design and maintain risk mitigation strategies and ensure supplier adherence to corporate policies and legal standards.
- Enhance global team performance and mentor regional sourcing staff as required.
- Improve budget outcomes by detecting financial gaps early and aligning stakeholders through strategic dialogue to deliver savings and value.
