Responsibilities
- Responsible for day-to-day operations and administrative support of Savvy wealth managers, providing exceptional client service and fostering long-term client relationships.
- Own best-in-class execution of all client tasks, requests and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Proactively seek out opportunities to improve Savvy's internal procedures in pursuit of the best advisor and client experience.
- Streamline new client prospecting, closing, and onboarding processes including meeting preparation, obtaining account and investment strategy documentation, and driving account creation and transfers.
- Assist advisors by executing investment transactions and fulfilling account billing & performance reporting tasks.
- Work closely with other professional advisors such as CPAs, estate planning attorneys, business managers, insurance agents, and more.
- Create and maintain client data in Salesforce and other systems.
- Ensure Savvy is adhering to all required compliance policies and procedures.
- Protect clients by maintaining confidentiality of all personal and financial information.
