- Design, deploy, and maintain infrastructure-as-code using Bicep, enabling consistent and auditable provisioning
- Enforce identity and access management policies, including regular access reviews and account lifecycle workflows
- Support compliance initiatives related to ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR through documentation, audits, and vendor risk assessments
- Monitor system performance and conduct capacity planning to ensure scalability and reliability
- Implement and test disaster recovery procedures to safeguard business continuity
- Secure company devices using MDM solutions and maintain endpoint compliance
- Respond to incidents, lead triage efforts, and drive post-incident improvements
- Collaborate with engineers to design resilient, cloud-native architectures on Azure
What We're Looking For
- At least 7 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or combined infrastructure and IT engineering roles
- Proven expertise with Azure services including App Service, Storage, SQL Database, Front Door, Key Vault, and Log Analytics
- Deep understanding of cloud security, IAM, and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR
- Hands-on experience with Bicep or similar IaC tools for Azure resource management
- Familiarity with observability platforms for logging, monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting within CET, EET, or WET timezones
- Commitment to transparency—applications must reflect real identities and professional history
