As a Senior Cloud Infrastructure & IT Compliance Engineer, you will play a central role in designing, managing, and securing our cloud environment. You'll ensure our infrastructure remains highly available, compliant, and resilient while supporting rapid development cycles and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, monitor, and optimize CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for both web and mobile applications
- Drive adoption of infrastructure-as-code using Bicep to automate provisioning and configuration across Azure services
- Enforce security and compliance through identity governance, access reviews, and account lifecycle management
- Support audits and compliance initiatives aligned with frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR
- Lead vendor risk assessments and onboarding processes to maintain secure third-party integrations
- Implement and manage endpoint security policies via MDM solutions
- Respond to incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and strengthen system resilience
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design scalable, high-performance cloud architectures
- Oversee capacity planning, performance optimization, and disaster recovery readiness
- Ensure logging, monitoring, and observability practices deliver actionable insights across environments
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years in DevOps, SRE, or combined infrastructure and IT engineering roles
- Proven experience with Azure PaaS services including App Service, Storage, SQL Database, Front Door, Key Vault, and Log Analytics
- Deep understanding of IAM, cloud security principles, and compliance frameworks
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and YAML
- Proficiency with IaC tools such as Bicep for automated resource deployment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to guide technical decisions across teams
- Ability to participate in technical interviews and live assessments
- Must be located in CET, EET, or WET time zones
