As a Senior Commercial Analyst, you'll transform raw transactional data into meaningful performance indicators that guide pricing, product development, and long-term player value.
What You'll Do
- Deliver data-backed recommendations on revenue performance, pricing strategies, and product effectiveness.
- Design and maintain automated reports and dashboards to track KPIs including ARPU, LTV, and conversion metrics.
- Use SQL, Python, or R to extract and analyze large datasets, identifying trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Assess the impact of promotions, pricing changes, and new product features through cohort and lifecycle analysis.
- Support financial planning with forecasting models and scenario simulations that inform budgeting and strategic goals.
- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure reporting systems are accurate, scalable, and up to date.
- Present findings clearly to stakeholders, translating technical results into practical business actions.
What We're Looking For
- Proven background in commercial or revenue analytics within a data-intensive industry.
- Solid grasp of key financial and behavioral metrics such as margin, retention, and customer lifetime value.
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one statistical programming language (Python or R).
- Experience with BI platforms like Tableau or Power BI for visualization and reporting.
- Strong Excel skills and a track record of automating analytical workflows.
- Ability to work independently and across teams to solve complex business questions with data.
