Responsibilities
- Lead daily project operations and ensure smooth execution of tasks
- Collaborate directly with internal and client teams across functions to align on deliverables and track progress
- Act as the main point of contact between clients, stakeholders, and internal departments, delivering updates via reports, dashboards, and presentations
- Evaluate, identify, and address potential project risks
- Maintain and update logs for risks, issues, and changes throughout the project duration
- Ensure all outputs meet quality benchmarks and client-specific requirements
- Conduct regular reviews and quality checks on data deliverables during each phase of the project
- Analyze customer data structures in detail to assess gaps and impacts relative to OpenData standards
- Carry out data analysis to detect trends, patterns, and data quality concerns
- Communicate findings and strategic recommendations clearly and logically to stakeholders
- Offer expert advice on advanced data matching, data mastering, and stewardship practices, tailored to APAC country-specific regulations and knowledge
- Manage data validation and readiness processes critical to MDM implementation success
- Deliver technical guidance on Veeva application ecosystems
- Utilize OpenData API expertise to support complex system integrations and data synchronization, focusing on configuration and troubleshooting
- Support User Acceptance Testing and provide specialized troubleshooting before, during, and after implementation
