Shape creative strategy for direct-to-consumer brands with a focus on performance, scalability, and real results. As a Senior Creative Strategist, you’ll lead the development of ad concepts grounded in customer insight and behavioral drivers, turning data into compelling narratives that convert.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and refine ad scripts and concepts—targeting 48 high-impact scripts per month—based on deep audience research and performance trends
- Translate data insights into clear creative direction for editors, content creators, and internal teams
- Produce multiple variations of top-performing content, including hooks, edits, and format adaptations
- Align all creative with brand positioning and campaign KPIs, ensuring consistency across channels
- Analyze performance metrics like CTR, ROAS, and engagement to identify patterns and opportunities
- Iterate quickly on underperforming concepts and scale what works across campaigns
- Build structured creative roadmaps with defined timelines, priorities, and deliverables
- Guide talent selection, formats, and creative approaches based on performance history
- Act as the central hub between creative, account, and production teams to maintain alignment
- Deliver clear, actionable feedback and communicate strategy effectively across stakeholders
