Lead technical engagements for enterprise clients navigating AI readiness and complex data environments. In this role, you'll bridge technical depth with strategic insight, guiding customers from initial discovery through proof-of-value execution. Your expertise will shape solutions that align with real business outcomes, particularly where unstructured data, security, and compliance intersect.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with sales teams to define technical requirements and establish clear success metrics for proof-of-value initiatives.
- Evaluate customer infrastructure across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments, focusing on storage, identity access management (IAM), security posture, and compliance needs.
- Design scalable architectures that support data classification, scanning, and preparation for AI workloads.
- Deliver targeted technical demonstrations and presentations to diverse audiences, including architects, security officers, and business leaders.
- Own end-to-end proof-of-value delivery—from deployment and integration to performance validation and measurable impact assessment.
- Diagnose and resolve technical challenges during implementation, ensuring solutions meet performance and accuracy benchmarks.
- Prepare documentation and support handoffs to enable smooth transition to production, while identifying paths for future expansion.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of five years in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Systems Engineer within SaaS, AI, or enterprise technology sectors.
- Proven experience evaluating and designing solutions across hybrid and cloud environments, with strong knowledge of data integration and movement patterns.
- Familiarity with IAM frameworks, access controls, and compliance standards in regulated environments.
- Ability to lead technical discussions, articulate trade-offs, and present complex concepts to both technical and executive stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience deploying and validating solutions within customer networks and systems.
- Understanding of AI model requirements and how data quality, structure, and governance influence outcomes.
- Established experience working remotely with distributed teams, particularly serving US or UK-based organizations. Proficiency with collaboration platforms such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace is essential.
Nice to Have
- Background in unstructured data platforms, data governance tooling, or storage systems.
- Experience supporting deployments in highly regulated industries.
- Scripting or automation skills using Python or PowerShell, or experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
Technology Environment
You’ll work across AWS, Azure, GCP, and on-prem infrastructure, with deep engagement in file systems, hybrid architectures, identity models, access controls, compliance frameworks, and automation tooling including Python, PowerShell, and Terraform. Collaboration tools include Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Asana.
Work Model
