Join a growing European AI and data analytics consultancy as a Senior Data & AI Consultant, based in either Lausanne or Zurich. In this role, you'll lead the full consulting lifecycle—from identifying strategic opportunities to implementing data and machine learning solutions—within established industries undergoing digital evolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise organizations on advancing their data maturity, evaluating capabilities in data science and machine learning adoption
- Uncover high-impact use cases and design practical roadmaps for execution
- Engage directly with clients to clarify business and technical challenges tied to data and AI
- Work alongside data scientists, engineers, and IT architects to deliver scalable, real-world solutions
- Guide clients on foundational elements such as data governance, model oversight, MLOps frameworks, and analytics centers of excellence
- Partner with the practice lead to refine consulting offerings and contribute to strategic growth
- Support business development through client meetings, industry events, and workshops
- Help produce white papers and thought leadership content on emerging data and AI topics
What We’re Looking For
- Proven consulting experience in data science, AI, or advanced analytics environments
- Demonstrated ability to assess organizational data and ML maturity
- Experience defining data-driven initiatives and implementation plans
- Strong grasp of governance frameworks, MLOps, and analytics program design
- Comfort working across technical teams and leading client discussions on strategic topics
- Track record in sales support, client engagement, and industry outreach
- Ability to contribute to technical publications or research
Preferred Background
- Experience in non-digital sectors like automotive, chemicals, finance, manufacturing, or pharmaceuticals
- Prior work in fast-moving tech or consulting firms
- Involvement in pro-bono or socially driven engineering initiatives
