What You’ll Do
- Translate business requirements into effective data solutions, acting as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams
- Validate and manage data from diverse sources to ensure consistency, accuracy, and usability
- Design and refine data models, supporting efficient storage and retrieval in data warehouses and lakes
- Analyze data flows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend structural improvements
- Collaborate with ETL and data engineering teams to enhance data integration and reporting capabilities
- Support quality assurance by defining clear acceptance standards and testing protocols
- Contribute to the evolution of data warehouse architecture and optimization efforts
- Maintain a mindset of continuous learning, adapting to new tools and methods as they emerge
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Familiarity with banking operations, products, and business workflows
- Solid grasp of data management principles, including data quality and lifecycle management
- Understanding of data warehouse design, including physical modeling and reporting layers
- Hands-on experience with Oracle SQL—either through certification or at least one year of practical use
Nice to Have
- Experience with Databricks
- Exposure to Agile frameworks like Scrum
- Background in BI or IT solution delivery
