Truelogic Software is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join our network supporting a creative technology agency. You will be responsible for building and scaling a high-impact data platform that powers decision-making and innovation across multiple functions, including engineering, legal, sales, marketing, and governance. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role focused on designing robust data systems.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines that align with privacy and governance requirements.
- Build and evolve data consumption portals for both technical and non-technical users.
- Own data quality and integrity across all supported systems and workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, legal, sales, marketing, and strategy to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions.
- Troubleshoot dashboard and system issues, ensuring reliability and accuracy of outputs.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of advanced SQL experience, including query optimization, indexing, and procedures.
- 5+ years of hands-on development in Go, Python, Java, or Scala.
- Proven expertise building data pipelines for analytics, reporting, and system integrations.
- Experience with distributed databases and data migrations.
- Strong API skills with JSON and GraphQL.
- Deep understanding of data structures and performance optimization.
- Ability to manage and prioritize work across multiple stakeholders and departments.
- Analytical skills for debugging and validating data.
