As a Senior Data Scientist, you will lead the development and implementation of predictive models that directly influence business strategy. Your work will span the entire analytics lifecycle—from formulating hypotheses and analyzing complex datasets to deploying models and delivering actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy machine learning models to solve business challenges
- Analyze large-scale data to uncover patterns and generate clear, data-driven recommendations
- Collaborate with data engineers and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with strategic goals
- Drive projects from concept through to production, ensuring models are scalable and impactful
- Explore and prototype in advanced areas such as large language models and AI-powered analytics
Qualifications
We’re looking for candidates with a strong foundation in data science and real-world experience in statistical modeling, machine learning, and analytics. You should be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, data-rich environment.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in data science roles involving ML, statistical analysis, or predictive modeling
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation, analysis, and modeling
- Experience with cloud platforms or big data technologies such as Databricks, Azure, or AWS
- Ability to translate technical findings into clear, business-relevant insights
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred Experience
- Hold certifications in Databricks, machine learning, or cloud platforms
- Background working with Data Lakes, Warehouses, or Lakehouse architectures
- Familiarity with distributed computing frameworks like Spark or Hadoop
- Hands-on experience applying large language models to real-world problems
Technology Environment
You’ll work with a modern stack including Python, SQL, Databricks, Spark, and cloud-based machine learning platforms on Azure and AWS.
