What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain the core data infrastructure for People functions, ensuring consistency and reliability across sources
- Design and deliver dashboards that turn complex data into clear, actionable insights using tools like Looker or Tableau
- Collaborate with analytics engineers to optimize data pipelines from warehouse to reporting layers
- Translate business questions into measurable metrics, driving clarity across diverse stakeholder groups
- Champion data literacy by helping non-technical teams understand and use data effectively
- Apply statistical reasoning and programming in Python or R to uncover patterns and trends in workforce data
- Improve data governance practices and advocate for standards that ensure accuracy and trust
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience with SQL and large-scale data manipulation in cloud platforms such as Snowflake or Redshift
- Strong background in statistics or a quantitative STEM field
- Hands-on experience creating dashboards and visualizations that inform strategy
- Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to audiences at all levels
- Experience managing relationships across functions and aligning teams around shared goals
- Familiarity with integrated HR systems like Workday or recruitment platforms such as SmartRecruiters is a plus
- Interest in leveraging AI to enhance analytical workflows and scalability
