Responsibilities
- Own and operate LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi infrastructure for Tier-1 manufacturing and office environments.
- Lead network readiness for new site builds and expansions, including the plant in Zaragoza and future Spain facilities.
- Manage routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and ISP circuits, including vendor coordination and escalation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues, including VLANs, VPNs, and firewall configurations.
- Establish and maintain network standards, documentation, and operational best practices.
- Act as senior escalation for production-impacting network issues and complex troubleshooting.
Requirements
- 7+ years enterprise network engineering experience; manufacturing or 24/7 environments strongly preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience with Wi-Fi design, VLANs, routing, firewalls, ISPs and VPNs.
- Experience supporting production-critical or high-availability environments.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Cisco (Meraki), CloudFlare, Atlassian, monitoring tools, Cloud networking (GCP, AWS), and on-prem infrastructure.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required.
- Ability to travel between company locations in Spain as needed.
