Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot complex system and network issues across distributed services

- Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and configurations
- Evaluate and integrate new tools to improve operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory standards
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in a technical discipline
- Certifications in cloud platforms or DevOps-related technologies
- Experience supporting large-scale, high-availability applications
- Familiarity with service mesh technologies such as Istio or Linkerd
- Background in financial or enterprise software systems
