- Implement centralized logging, monitoring, and alerting to improve system visibility
- Extend Terraform to manage the full AWS environment, enabling consistent infrastructure-as-code
- Enhance deployment safety with staging environments, health checks, and rollback mechanisms
- Strengthen security through container scanning, secrets management, and network policies
- Streamline local development using Docker Compose for full-service orchestration
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7+ years in infrastructure or DevOps roles with production systems at scale
- Proven experience with Kubernetes (EKS), Helm, and AWS services including ECR, S3, and IAM
- Strong background in Terraform or similar infrastructure-as-code tools
- Hands-on work building observability in distributed systems (logs, metrics, tracing)
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline design, preferably with GitHub Actions
Nice to Have
- Experience with GitOps tools like ArgoCD or Flux
- Familiarity with MLOps, model serving, or GPU workload management
- Operational knowledge of Kafka or event-driven architectures
- Cloud cost optimization experience
- Scripting skills in Python or Bash for automation
