Resourceful Talent Group is hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our fast-paced, innovation-driven company based in New York. This is a remote, individual contributor position requiring a startup mindset, high professionalism, self-drive, and availability for emergencies.
What You'll Do
- Own and manage CI/CD processes with Azure DevOps: setup, optimize, and troubleshoot workflows and pipelines.
- Work fluently in AWS, managing and optimizing services with a focus on Lambda cost-efficiency and strategic use of newer features.
- Ensure observability and operational excellence using Datadog to set up monitoring, alerting, and performance dashboards. Proactively identify and escalate critical issues.
- Collaborate across teams with a startup-level understanding of urgency, autonomy, and accountability.
- Uphold high standards of system reliability, security, and performance.
What We're Looking For
- 5 to 10 years of relevant DevOps experience.
- Prior experience in startup environments or similarly fast-moving cultures.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Azure DevOps, AWS (especially Lambda), and Datadog.
- A clear, personal understanding of what operational excellence means and how it contributes to business success.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
- Willingness to participate in multiple rounds of interviews.
- Available to work 9am-6pm EST.
- Self-driven and capable of independently setting priorities and executing tasks.
- Available in emergency situations (24/7) if needed.

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 per year.
