- Manage employee relations with a focus on fairness and transparency
- Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
- Oversee compensation and benefits strategy in collaboration with finance
- Develop HR policies that support scalability and compliance
- Drive learning and development strategies for all employee levels
- Evaluate and improve internal mobility and career progression paths
- Support change management during periods of organizational growth
- Build and mentor a high-performing HR team
- Analyze people metrics to inform decision-making
- Ensure alignment between company values and employee experience
- Manage organizational design and structural planning
- Foster strong communication between leadership and staff
- Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes

- Lead HR technology selection and implementation
