Senior Director, Remote Sales Solutions – EurAsia
Role Overview
Drive the strategic direction and operational execution of a scalable remote sales function across EurAsia. This role shapes how digital-first selling models expand market reach, improve customer engagement, and deliver measurable commercial outcomes within a regulated healthcare environment. You will lead transformation in sales methodology, performance systems, and team development across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a unified remote sales strategy aligned with regional priorities and customer segmentation frameworks.
- Evolve sales processes and operating models to increase efficiency, coverage, and customer interaction quality.
- Champion innovation by integrating data, digital tools, and analytics into core sales workflows.
- Oversee performance of remote sales teams across diverse markets, with accountability for pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue contribution.
- Set standards for prospecting, lead management, and customer lifecycle engagement tailored to segmented accounts.
- Enhance sales productivity through refined targeting, execution frameworks, and performance tracking.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a multi-country team of remote sales managers and representatives.
- Foster a culture of coaching, capability growth, and inclusive leadership to support talent retention and succession.
- Define clear roles, KPIs, and career paths across markets to strengthen organizational structure.
- Ensure consistent, compliant, and high-quality customer experiences through remote channels.
- Advance remote-first engagement strategies that improve access to key decision-makers and underserved segments.
- Embed therapy-specific knowledge into training, onboarding, and ongoing skill development programs.
- Collaborate with regional leadership, marketing, digital, finance, and operations to align execution and priorities.
- Partner on digital enablement initiatives including CRM, reporting, segmentation, and call planning systems.
- Establish KPIs, dashboards, and performance review rhythms to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, regulatory standards, and local requirements.
- Support capacity planning and resource allocation to optimize commercial impact.
Qualifications
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field. Minimum 15 years of progressive commercial or sales leadership experience, including 5–10 years in senior roles managing multi-country teams. Proven track record in sales transformation, operating model redesign, or scalable digital sales models. Strong background in remote or inside sales environments.
Preferred: MBA or advanced degree. Experience in medical therapy areas such as cardiac, vascular, surgical, or chronic disease management. Familiarity with CRM platforms, analytics tools, digital workflows, and remote engagement technologies.
