Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation of advanced electronic components and subsystems from concept to production.
  • Design, simulate, build, and verify multi-layer printed circuit boards with mixed-signal functionality.
  • Quickly prototype electrical systems at both board and system levels to accelerate development cycles.
  • Model and validate electronic system performance against defined requirements.
  • Produce detailed engineering documents including schematics, block diagrams, test procedures, and manufacturing drawings.
  • Work closely with software, mechanical, thermal, systems, and manufacturing teams to ensure integrated solutions.
  • Perform power consumption and performance evaluations to enhance efficiency and thermal performance.
  • Create and carry out thorough testing and validation plans, including test fixture design, to meet regulatory and performance standards.
  • Support troubleshooting efforts by analyzing root causes of hardware and software integration issues.
  • Ensure high standards in signal integrity, power integrity, electromagnetic compatibility, and design for manufacturing and assembly.
  • Oversee electronics development through all stages—from initial architecture to production release and ongoing support.
  • Coordinate with external partners such as suppliers, contract manufacturers, and design firms.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior electrical engineers in design, documentation, and problem-solving methods.
