The Senior Engineer plays a central role in shaping and delivering advanced technical solutions for a next-generation digital asset platform in the Global Markets space. This position leads the design and implementation of complex, scalable systems leveraging Distributed Ledger Technology, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and long-term strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end engineering for complex features, from concept through deployment, ensuring performance, resilience, and scalability
- Define and guide technology stack decisions, including tools, frameworks, and testing methodologies
- Implement and enhance CI/CD pipelines, enabling efficient and secure delivery across teams
- Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical solutions
- Design and manage infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments with containerized deployment models
- Establish and enforce engineering best practices, including code quality, performance optimization, and monitoring
- Support environment planning, provisioning, and lifecycle management across development, testing, and production
- Proactively identify and resolve system inefficiencies, performance bottlenecks, and operational risks
- Work closely with DevOps and production support teams to ensure reliable deployment and operation of blockchain nodes and services
Qualifications
Candidates should have 7–10 years of experience in engineering roles focused on scalable platform development, preferably in financial services. Required expertise includes distributed systems, NoSQL and SQL databases (including MongoDB), scripting, performance profiling, and infrastructure monitoring. Familiarity with DLT, smart contracts, or DeFi is strongly preferred.
