Responsibilities
- Design and manage Linux-based infrastructure across development and production environments
- Implement automation workflows for system provisioning and configuration management
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues in distributed environments
- Ensure high availability and scalability of cloud and on-premise systems
- Collaborate with development teams to streamline deployment pipelines
- Maintain security standards and compliance across infrastructure components
- Optimize system resources for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Support incident response and resolution for critical system outages
- Develop and maintain documentation for system architecture and operational procedures
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies to improve system reliability
- Manage version control and CI/CD systems for infrastructure code
- Perform regular system audits and vulnerability assessments
- Administer containerization platforms such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
- Work with monitoring and logging tools to ensure system observability
- Participate in on-call rotations for production support
Nice to Have

- Familiarity with time-series databases and telemetry systems
- Knowledge of SCADA or OT environments
- Certifications in cloud or system administration (e.g., AWS, RHCE)
