Responsibilities
- Guide and support a team of engineers, promoting a culture centered on technical mastery, accountability, and ongoing growth
- Remain actively involved in development, spending 30-50% of time coding and directly influencing technical standards
- Own a defined product domain, leading its strategic direction and being responsible for key performance indicators
- Advance the adoption of AI and autonomous systems across the platform, pinpointing impactful uses of LLM-driven features to enhance patient care and experience
- Collaborate with product, design, and clinical teams to convert business and care objectives into actionable technical projects
- Ensure engineering quality through thorough code reviews, architectural oversight, and sound technical judgment
- Conduct regular team processes including standups, planning sessions, retrospectives, and one-on-ones, while managing performance, career progression, and hiring
- Anticipate and resolve impediments, prioritize technical debt alongside new development, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions
