What We're Looking For
- Completed higher education.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience developing modern web solutions.
- Focus on technologies like JavaScript, TypeScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, and Next.js.
- Interest in design and good user experiences.
- Some backend experience.
- Engaged, curious, and genuinely want to create solutions people love.
- Thrive on collaboration in teams.
- Good communication skills.
- Always interested in learning from others.
- Norwegian language minimum level B2.
Nice to Have
- UX, visual design, or service design skills.
- Fullstack development and integration with backend services.
- Design-driven processes and work in cross-functional teams.
- Universal design and design systems.
- Experience with publishing solutions, preferably Sanity.
- Some backend experience with Java, .Net, or Backend For Frontend.
