Responsibilities
- Lead the evolution of the frontend architecture by advancing the transition to microfrontends across a large and complex codebase, ensuring modularity and long-term maintainability.
- Collaborate with and mentor engineers across more than eight product teams, providing platform tools and guidance to accelerate development and improve user experiences.
- Promote the integration of artificial intelligence tools and practices to boost development speed and enhance engineering team capabilities.
- Evaluate and implement emerging web technologies and frameworks to continuously innovate and refine the development stack.
- Manage and enhance CI/CD systems to streamline deployment processes and increase developer productivity.
- Establish and enforce strong automated testing standards and quality assurance practices across the web platform.
- Build and maintain shared libraries, utilities, and architectural patterns in partnership with the Design System team to enable faster, consistent development.
