Shape the future of digital financial services as a Senior Full Stack Engineer on a platform redefining how people interact with banking. You'll take ownership of building and refining features across both mobile and server-side systems, working deeply in Clojure, React Native, and TypeScript to deliver reliable, user-focused experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Design, implement, and maintain features spanning mobile applications and backend services
- Develop robust server logic using Clojure, ensuring scalability and performance
- Build cross-platform mobile interfaces with React Native and TypeScript
- Engage in all phases of the development cycle—from concept to deployment and refinement
- Collaborate daily with product, design, and engineering peers in an Agile environment
- Support a continuous delivery model with frequent, stable releases
- Participate in pair programming, code reviews, and technical design discussions
- Help strengthen a transparent, inclusive engineering culture that values shared ownership
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of professional software development experience
- Proven background in Clojure for backend systems (3+ years)
- Hands-on experience with React Native (2+ years) and TypeScript (2+ years)
- Strong full stack development skills with a focus on clean, testable code
- Experience working in Agile teams alongside product and design roles
- Track record in continuous delivery environments
- Commitment to code quality and maintainability
Nice-to-Have Experience
- Familiarity with Kafka in event-driven systems
- Working knowledge of Docker and containerized deployments
- Experience with AWS infrastructure and Terraform for provisioning

Work remotely on a global team with structured hours: 12:00 PM – 9:30 PM IST (Summer) or 1:00 PM – 10:30 PM IST (Winter). No weekend commitments—your personal time is respected.
