Design, build, and scale full-stack systems that securely manage financial data and support high-volume transactions for businesses across Africa. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you'll play a central role in shaping the technical foundation of a platform that enables digital commerce at scale.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain both server-side and client-side components to deliver seamless, data-driven experiences
- Design and implement systems that are efficient, reliable, and capable of operating at scale
- Solve performance and reliability challenges in distributed environments
- Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with product goals
- Review code and technical specifications to ensure quality and consistency
- Conduct testing to verify system integrity and maintain high standards of code quality
- Help evolve the platform’s architecture to support integration and long-term scalability
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience with programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, or C#
- Background in building and maintaining large-scale, distributed systems
- Familiarity with SQL databases and data modeling
- Track record of writing comprehensive unit and integration tests

Technology Environment
You’ll work with modern tools and frameworks including TypeScript, Node.js, Express.js, React, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Redis, MySQL, and MongoDB. Experience with frameworks like Nest.js, Sails.js, or Vue/Angular is valuable.
