We're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to help evolve our web platforms, delivering seamless and engaging experiences for players. You'll play a key role in designing and maintaining full-stack systems that power live games, ensuring they are performant, secure, and scalable.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain both frontend and backend components of web applications, ensuring alignment with technical and business goals.
- Design efficient and secure database structures that support data integrity and long-term scalability.
- Build internal tools that empower game teams to iterate faster and deliver content more efficiently.
- Enforce strong security practices across authentication, data handling, and system access.
- Collaborate in agile workflows, contributing to planning, execution, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct code reviews to uphold code quality and promote best practices across the engineering team.
- Document systems and specifications clearly to support team knowledge sharing and onboarding.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid position with flexibility built in. Team members in the Lisbon area are expected to meet in person 1–3 times per week, while remote team members outside Portugal will work fully remotely through an international payroll provider.
