Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy full-stack AI applications from concept to release using a Ruby on Rails backend and React frontend.
- Design and execute experiments such as A/B tests and AI evaluations to assess feature effectiveness and inform improvements.
- Construct and integrate AI infrastructure components, ensuring they are high-performing and reliable for live inference workloads.
- Enhance internal processes, tools, and systems to scale AI capabilities into robust, production-grade solutions.
- Stay current with advancements in AI research, methodologies, and emerging technologies to inform engineering decisions.
- Collaborate closely with leadership and design teams during the feature development lifecycle.
- Promote rapid iteration and experimentation while upholding strong code quality and user experience standards.
Compensation
