As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will play a foundational role in redefining the technology behind one of the UK’s most widely used mobility platforms. What You'll Do
- Lead the transformation of a complex, multi-language codebase by designing robust, future-proof systems.
- Take end-to-end ownership of critical services, improving reliability, performance, and maintainability.
- Work directly with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Support teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Help define engineering practices and culture, promoting transparency, continuous learning, and effective communication.
- Support the growth of the engineering team by contributing to hiring, onboarding, and mentorship.
- Ensure all systems meet strict security standards, maintaining compliance with ISO27001 requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience scaling systems for products serving large user bases, with a clear understanding of how technical decisions affect customer and business outcomes.
- A strong product-oriented mindset and the ability to balance technical depth with practical trade-offs.
- Proficiency in delivering high-quality code across multiple environments and languages.
- Experience in senior engineering roles with demonstrated success in system design, architecture, and delivery.
- Comfort navigating diverse tech stacks, including Elixir, C#, PHP, TypeScript, and Node.js.

Work Environment
