Responsibilities
- Design and implement core components of the time-and-attendance platform.
- Build secure, scalable backend services using Golang and develop accessible frontend features with ReactJS for a new product offering.
- Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end customer-focused features.
- Create and maintain high-performance backend microservices supporting payroll systems.
- Diagnose and fix production issues across the full stack, emphasizing root cause resolution and long-term reliability.
- Help build a modern, precise, and dependable platform for time-sensitive workflows.
- Perform code reviews across frontend and backend codebases to ensure quality, maintainability, and alignment with standards.
- Deliver robust software features on time while maintaining high engineering standards.
