Lead and shape the direction of a dedicated team of graphic designers by providing expert guidance, strategic task delegation, and performance support. This role is central to fostering team development, ensuring efficient workflows, and delivering high-quality visual solutions that meet business objectives. You will serve as a design authority, advising on best practices and helping define creative standards across print and digital mediums.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide and mentor designers to strengthen individual capabilities and team cohesion
- Coordinate task assignments based on skill sets and project demands
- Partner with internal teams and stakeholders across regions to identify design needs and priorities
- Ensure consistent delivery of impactful visual content aligned with organizational goals
- Support recruitment and onboarding to build a capable, growing design unit
- Advocate for effective use of design tools, methodologies, and performance tracking
- Collaborate with peer leads in Manila to align operations and improve service delivery
- Champion adherence to shared service policies and cross-functional initiatives
Qualifications
Candidates must bring at least a decade of hands-on experience in graphic and multimedia design, supported by a degree in a creative field or equivalent professional background. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud is essential—specifically advanced skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, with strong working knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects. Familiarity with Audition and Media Encoder is required at a foundational level.
A compelling portfolio showcasing conceptual strength and versatility across media types is expected. Additional familiarity with UI/UX principles or alternative creative software may enhance candidacy. Strong communication abilities and experience in performance measurement frameworks are key to success.
