Shape the visual future of global tech events as a Senior Graphic Designer leading creative execution for high-profile technology festivals. You'll take full ownership of the design journey—from concept through to final delivery—across experiential, digital, and print mediums. Working in a hybrid setup based in London, you’ll operate with autonomy while collaborating closely with marketing, content, and production teams to deliver cohesive and compelling brand experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the creation of event branding, environmental graphics, signage, and wayfinding systems for large-scale international festivals
- Design stage visuals, presentation decks, and motion-integrated content in partnership with internal motion designers
- Develop digital assets for web, email, social media, and paid advertising campaigns
- Ensure brand integrity across all touchpoints, serving as the primary guardian of visual standards
- Oversee final artwork preparation for print and large-format production, including CMYK file setup and vendor coordination
- Review and approve all creative outputs with a meticulous eye for detail and quality
- Guide freelance designers with clear direction and constructive feedback
- Design with real-world conditions in mind—accounting for scale, lighting, screen ratios, and on-site implementation
- Stay ahead of trends in experiential design, event technology, and visual storytelling
- Identify opportunities to elevate the visual impact and attendee engagement of each event
What We’re Looking For
- At least 7 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within events, experiential marketing, or brand-focused environments
- A diverse portfolio showcasing strong print, large-format, and digital design work
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Figma, and PowerPoint
- Deep understanding of CMYK, print production workflows, and file preparation
- Proven ability in typography, layout, color theory, and visual narrative
- Experience designing for physical spaces and screen-based environments
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaborative abilities
- Capacity to manage multiple projects independently and meet tight deadlines
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in every deliverable
Nice to Have
- Basic motion graphics or animation skills using After Effects
- Collaboration experience with 3D designers, AV technicians, or fabrication teams
- Familiarity with live event production timelines and logistics
- An interest in technology, innovation, or immersive experiences
Work Environment
This is a hybrid role based in London, requiring three or more days per week on-site at 5 Howick Place, Victoria. You’ll have flexibility to work remotely when not required onsite, including up to four weeks annually working from almost anywhere.
