London, United Kingdom Hybrid

Tahaluf is hiring a Senior Graphic Designer

About the Role

Shape the visual future of global tech events as a Senior Graphic Designer leading creative execution for high-profile technology festivals. You'll take full ownership of the design journey—from concept through to final delivery—across experiential, digital, and print mediums. Working in a hybrid setup based in London, you’ll operate with autonomy while collaborating closely with marketing, content, and production teams to deliver cohesive and compelling brand experiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the creation of event branding, environmental graphics, signage, and wayfinding systems for large-scale international festivals
  • Design stage visuals, presentation decks, and motion-integrated content in partnership with internal motion designers
  • Develop digital assets for web, email, social media, and paid advertising campaigns
  • Ensure brand integrity across all touchpoints, serving as the primary guardian of visual standards
  • Oversee final artwork preparation for print and large-format production, including CMYK file setup and vendor coordination
  • Review and approve all creative outputs with a meticulous eye for detail and quality
  • Guide freelance designers with clear direction and constructive feedback
  • Design with real-world conditions in mind—accounting for scale, lighting, screen ratios, and on-site implementation
  • Stay ahead of trends in experiential design, event technology, and visual storytelling
  • Identify opportunities to elevate the visual impact and attendee engagement of each event

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 7 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within events, experiential marketing, or brand-focused environments
  • A diverse portfolio showcasing strong print, large-format, and digital design work
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Figma, and PowerPoint
  • Deep understanding of CMYK, print production workflows, and file preparation
  • Proven ability in typography, layout, color theory, and visual narrative
  • Experience designing for physical spaces and screen-based environments
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaborative abilities
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects independently and meet tight deadlines
  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in every deliverable

Nice to Have

  • Basic motion graphics or animation skills using After Effects
  • Collaboration experience with 3D designers, AV technicians, or fabrication teams
  • Familiarity with live event production timelines and logistics
  • An interest in technology, innovation, or immersive experiences

Work Environment

This is a hybrid role based in London, requiring three or more days per week on-site at 5 Howick Place, Victoria. You’ll have flexibility to work remotely when not required onsite, including up to four weeks annually working from almost anywhere. The culture values collaboration, inclusivity, and personal growth, with strong support for wellbeing, professional development, and internal mobility.

Benefits

  • Company-funded private medical insurance
  • ShareMatch scheme offering free matching shares
  • Annual leave plus a dedicated birthday leave day
  • Opportunity to work remotely for up to four weeks per year
  • Charity match funding and up to four days of paid volunteer time annually
  • Access to LinkedIn Learning with thousands of on-demand courses
  • Mentoring programs and tailored training for career advancement
  • Employee Assistance Program, mental health first aiders, and health app access
  • Global recognition programs celebrating outstanding contributions
  • Inclusive networks and initiatives supporting diversity and belonging
