Shape the backbone of a high-scale SaaS platform as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer. You'll take full ownership of our cloud infrastructure, designing systems that support billions of requests while ensuring resilience, observability, and efficient scaling.
What You’ll Do
- Design and manage containerized browser infrastructure with session isolation, crash recovery, and dynamic scaling
- Implement and refine observability: build actionable dashboards, alerting, and logging systems engineers trust
- Write and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform across AWS services
- Optimize autoscaling, capacity planning, and cloud costs across multiple regions
- Diagnose and resolve complex production issues—from memory leaks to network bottlenecks
- Develop disaster recovery plans and incident response procedures
- Mentor engineers on infrastructure patterns, security, and operational discipline
- Explore new technologies, including serverless and alternative cloud providers, to meet evolving needs
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience with AWS: ECS, EKS, Fargate, RDS, VPC, and IAM at scale
- Strong command of Terraform and infrastructure-as-code practices
- Hands-on work with Docker, container orchestration, and Linux systems
- Experience running headless browsers or similar high-concurrency services
- Solid understanding of networking: TCP, websockets, load balancing, and multi-region architectures
- Fluency in debugging low-level system issues—memory leaks, zombie processes, container anomalies
- Experience building observability pipelines using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog
- Excellent written communication: documentation, post-mortems, and technical PRs matter
- Self-driven mindset—you identify problems and act without waiting for direction
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, remote-first environment where results define progress
