Shape the backbone of a next-generation financial platform
As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you'll design and maintain the core systems that power product development across the organization. Your focus will be on creating robust, self-service infrastructure that enables teams to deploy software safely and efficiently at scale. This role blends software engineering with deep infrastructure expertise to build long-term, reusable solutions.
What You'll Do
- Lead the evolution of platform components built with TypeScript and Pulumi, managing cloud infrastructure as code.
- Architect and operate Kubernetes environments that support production workloads with high availability and security.
- Develop internal platforms that guide teams toward best practices through opinionated, automated workflows.
- Define and maintain observability standards, including service-level indicators, error budgets, and monitoring dashboards.
- Design systems that reduce operational overhead and promote consistency across services and teams.
- Support production systems with on-call responsibilities and contribute to incident response tooling.
What We're Looking For
- At least five years of software engineering experience with a focus on infrastructure and cloud technologies.
- Proficiency in TypeScript or another statically typed language.
- Proven experience deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters on AWS.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, including trade-offs in consistency, availability, and fault tolerance.
- Experience applying GitOps principles and Infrastructure as Code in production environments.
- Ability to work in sync with Eastern Time hours for collaboration and incident response.

Compensation
Base salary range: $170,000 – $220,000. Equity and benefits details available during the hiring process.
